Your item will be delivered to you in no more than 10 business days. You will be supplied with a tracking number so you can follow your item in real time.

If you do not receive your item within that 10 business day window (and have reliable proof of no delivery on date delivered), contact Laimond Tees to be given a discount on your next order, exclusive for that specific customer and a partial refund on that order/item.. That discount will be of one time use and exclusive to that customer.
